Searching Tips

When searching for resources, try using these terms: pets, society, culture, human-animal interactions, or media and popular culture. You can pair these general terms with more specific words that are tied to your specific research topic.

When using Discovery on the library homepage, or when you are searching using the websites below, try using the advanced search function to narrow to the results you want! When using Discovery, try searching by Subject for your broad topic, and then use Keyword to narrow your results (e.g. Subject - "human-animal interactions"; Keyword - "mental health").
